Nick vonEgypt has been around the game of soccer for 21 years. He started playing at the age of 4 in the Intramural program at the East Fishkill Soccer Club. He then progressed to the Travel program and made the U9 East Fishkill Blue Falcons. Nick then moved on to play with Soccer Plus Academy (which has since merged with Cedar Stars) at the age of 14. He graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes High School in 2011. Nick played 4 years of varsity soccer and was a captain his Junior and Senior years. He played 4 years at the Division III level with Misericordia University. He is tied for 9th with 25 career goals and tied for 10th with .74 points per game. Nick is tied for 1st in All-Time Appearances with 84 (Fun fact: he started every game). He won two MAC Championships, 1 ECAC Championship, and made 3 NCAA appearances. He was selected as an All-Region player once and was a 3x All-Conference selection. He was also selected to be a part of a D3 National team that traveled to Brazil to play against 1st Division Reserve Teams. In 2015, Nick signed a 1-year professional contract with the Philadelphia Fury of the American Soccer League. Afterwards, Nick played semi-professionally with Kingston Stockade of the National Premier Soccer League in the summer of 2016. Currently, Nick plays with Doxa SC in the 1st Division of the Cosmopolitan Soccer League in NYC.
Nick holds a USSF D Coaching License and is the Head Coach of Real Ole FC B2002 Premier team. Nick has 9 years of coaching and training experience. Nick has had many different coaches in his career: Kevin Keegan, Jim Purdy, Kevin Longacre, Adriano Torriani, Aidan Topley, Eddie Evans, Daryl Sullivan, John Nunez, Matt Schlottman, Chuck Edkins, George Vizvary, and Paul Grafas. Nick has taken something from every one of these coaches and evolved it into his own coaching style. Nick currently resides in Westchester, NY and works in Manhattan full-time. He is available to train players in Westchester or NYC during the week. He is available to train players in Dutchess County over the weekend.
Nick started vonEgypt Soccer Academy to give players the 1on1 attention that they do not receive in their practices with their club teams. His goal is to provide hands on instructions to immediately enhance the development of a player and help them achieve great successes both on and off the field!
Meg Mahoney has been around the game of soccer for 21 years. She played intramural and travel soccer with LaGrange Soccer Club. Meg attended DI Canisius College and played 2 years there. She then transferred to Misericordia University where she was a 2x All-American in her 2 seasons there. She holds the Single Season record for points with 56, most goals with 21, and most assists with 19! Meg holds the record for most points per game with 2.32 (1 goal= 2 points & 1 assists = 1 point)! Meg is a Physical Therapist with a focus in Sports & Orthopedics. She has her USSF Coaching License and is available to train in the Greater NYC area!
Jake Keegan first started playing intramural soccer at the age of 5 at the East Fishkill Soccer Club. He started playing travel soccer at the age of 7 with the East Fishkill Patriots for one season and then for the East Fishkill Thunder from age 8-19. The Thunder were one of the most successful teams in club history winning the New York State Cup, Region 1 Championship and finishing 3rd at the US Youth Soccer National Championships in 2009.
Jake played high school soccer at John Jay High School. In 2008 John Jay won the Section 1 title and advanced to the New York State Final Four. In 4 years of varsity soccer and Jake was named all section 3 times, all state twice and all region while scoring 79 goals and 45 assists.
After high school Jake went on to play Division 1 soccer at Binghamton University. During his time there he was named all conference twice and all region while becoming the all time leading goal scorer in the school's Division 1 history. During the summer months Jake played for the Westchester Flames and Jersey Express in the PDL. In 2011 Jake scored 16 goals in 16 games while winning Rookie of the Year, the Golden Boot and being named to the All League Team.
After graduation, Jake was drafted by the Philadelphia Union in the 2013 MLS Supplemental Draft. His pro career has seen him travel all around the world and play for FCA Darmstadt (Germany), Galway United (Ireland) and FC Edmonton (Canada). Galway United won promotion to Ireland's top league in 2014 and advanced all the way to the EA Sports Cup final in 2015.
Over the years Jake has had the opportunity to play and learn from players and coaches from all over the world. He has taken bits of knowledge from various training, lifestyle and dieting methods and forged his own views on the best way to improve and get the most out of your ability as a player. He is living in the Hudson Valley area during his off-season and is available to train Monday-Friday.
Matt Mahoney began playing intramural soccer at the age of 5 for LaGrange Soccer Club. At the age of 7, Matt began to play travel soccer for Middlepath FC. When Matt was 12, he was chosen to attend a U.S. National team identity camp with some of the best young talent in the country. When he entered the 8th grade, he then decided to travel to New Jersey to play for the New York Red Bulls Academy program. He spent three years with the Red Bulls before deciding to head to Brooklyn at age 16 and play for another Academy team called BW Gottschee. Matt was captain of his Gottschee team and at the end of his senior season with the club, was selected by the league to be on the U.S. Soccer Development Academy U17/18 Conference Starting 11 team. Throughout the academy experience and Matt’s high school career at Roy C. Ketcham High School, Matt had the opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches in the country with MLS playing as well as coaching experience.
After High School, Matt went on and attended Temple University and played 4 years on the Temple Men’s Division 1 Soccer team. Throughout his 4 years at Temple, Matt recorded 3 goals and 5 assists as the starting right back. Chosen to be captain for his junior and senior year, Matt exemplifies good leadership skills and understands what it takes to be a successful soccer player and help others to be their best. Fun fact, Matt participated in all 73 games that the team played in during his 4 years there, starting 62 of them and never missing a single game due to injury/illness. Matt then went on to sign his first professional contract for the Bethlehem Steel FC of the United Soccer League, affiliate of the Philadelphia Union in the MLS, and currently still plays for this club. During his college summers, Matt played for the Jersey Express of the Premier Development League where he is sixth all time in club appearances with 46 and third all-time with minutes played throughout his 3-season spell with 4849 minutes played. He helped the team win the Mid Atlantic Conference Championship in 2014 and then go on to the National Semifinals. In 2015, he helped the team reach the Mid Atlantic Conference Championship game again.
Matt, like Coach Nick, also holds his USSF F Coaching License. Matt has been coaching for 5 years now ranging from the 7-year-old age group all the way through high school soccer players. He has been able to learn something from every coach he has encountered in his career and is still learning daily how to be a better coach and make the future of U.S. soccer as great as it can be. With his Exercise Science Degree from Temple, Matt understands how far to push athletes and how to get the best out of them physically. Matt currently resides in Poughkeepsie, NY and is available to train Friday-Sunday.
Mike Da Fonte
Mike has playing experience with the Colorado Rapids of the MLS. He also has played with OKC Energy, Phoenix Rising, and Sacramento Republic of the USL. Mike resides in Westchester, NY and is available to train players in the Westchester area.
Kevin Davis has been involved with the game for his entire life, starting his career in the Hudson Valley playing with Cornwall United, Quickstrike FC and then playing down in Westchester County for FC Westchester and New York Soccer Club.
From there he went on to play for Division 3 Wheaton College in Massachusetts where he helped the men’s soccer team win the NEWMAC Conference Championship and go to the NCAA tournament twice. He is a 3 time All-League player, 3x All-Region selection, a 2x Wheaton Men’s Athlete of the Year and a captain for two years.
Kevin competed in the NPSL for 3 years from 2016-2018 for New York Athletic Club then the Kingston Stockade for 2 years. Kevin is currently a club soccer coach at Cedar Stars Hudson Valley for u-9 and u-16 as well as an Assistant Coach at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY.
He conducts team training sessions, 1 on 1 training sessions for all ages and abilities and currently holds a USSF D License.
Derek Neidig began playing soccer at the age of 4 for the East Fishkill Soccer Club in their Intramural program. After playing Intramurals, he then successfully made the U9 East Fishkill Blue Falcons Travel Team where he played with Coach Nick for many years. This team played in various tournaments as well as different college showcases. Derek also found himself playing on different tournament teams, as well as guest playing for others throughout his soccer career. Although starting off as a defender in his early age, Derek quickly found that his strength was in front of the net as a goalkeeper.
He went on to play two years of JV Soccer as well as one year of Varsity Soccer for John Jay East Fishkill High School. In his second year of JV, Derek was called up for the 2008 John Jay Varsity team as they won the Section 1 title and advanced to the New York State Final Four.
After high school Derek went on to study at SUNY Oswego where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness Management. He also obtained a minor in Psychology here.
Once done with this degree, Derek then decided to further his studies at Manhattanville College. He just graduated in January 2018 with a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports Pedagogy and will be certified to teach Physical Education Grades K-12.
Throughout his life Derek has always been around the sport of soccer. From 2015-2016 he was the assistant coach of the U11 Washingtonville Avengers Boys Travel Soccer Team. Here he assisted the head coach with practices, drills, and also during games. Derek has also done individual soccer training on his own with clients from 2014 and so on.
With goalkeeping training, Derek focuses on improving many different skills. These include reaction time, footwork, vertical, agility, crosses, corner kicks, high and low shots, breakaways, as well as the mental, social and emotional aspect of goalkeeping. He also is available to train field players as well. Derek is located in Dutchess County and is available for training anytime depending on his work schedule.
Demetri Argyros has been around the game since the age of 4. Growing up he played for FC United, Westchester Flames, Eastern FC and World Class FC. He had the opportunity to play with the ODP New York State South team and won Regionals in Delaware. He is currently playing DII at Concordia College. Most of his training experience is with children ages 4-11 years old. He is the coach of the BU11 Doxa SC. Demetri also holds a USSF F Coaching License and Grade 8 Referee license. He is located in the Bronx and is able to train players in the Greater NYC area.
As an experienced player & coach, I have a deep knowledge of the game as well as a great passion for it. I really enjoy helping players improve on all aspects of the game.” Coach Mike played professionally this past season with FC Darmstadt in Germany. He has is USSF E Coaching license. Mike played collegiate at the DII level with St. Thomas Aquinas and was a 4 year starter. He resides in Fishkill, NY and is available to train most days.
Daniel Hernández has been around the game for 14 years. His love for soccer began in Colombia where he was born and raised. He became part of his first traveling team with the Ridgfield Strikers at the age of 11 before progressing to TSF Academy after one year. He played and advanced his knowledge of the game with TSF by participating in high level tournaments such as the Dallas Cup in Texas and Super Y National Finals in Tampa, Florida.
As a high school player, Daniel was a varsity starter at Palisades Park high school and was captain his sophomore year before transferring to DePaul Catholic in Wayne, NJ. He also started his remaining two years and was captain his senior year which resulted in DePaul’s first county championship in school history with his winning goal.
He then moved to Pennsylvania to play D3 for the Men’s Varsity soccer team at Kings College in Wilkes Barre. He would start every game of his 4 year career (except for injuries) and earned one All-Region, three All-Conference, and Rookie of the year awards as well as Athlete of the year his senior year. He won two back-to-back MAC conference championships; scoring the winning goal his Junior year to earn him the MVP award of the tournament.
Daniel also gained valuable lessons of the game while trying out for professional soccer teams after graduating college. He attended ID camps and combines that ultimately gave him exposure to SoccerViza; a professional recruiting agency which selected him to be part of an All-Star team that would travel to Iceland to face and compete against professional teams. Such teams ranged from division 4 to the Icelandic Premier League Champions.
Daniel ultimately decided to come back home and be part of the NJ Teamsters FC; a semi professional team based in Bayonne, NJ where he currently plays.
Daniel holds a USSF F Coaching license that he obtained while coaching for his former academy team TSF. He coached many different youth teams and camps for ages ranging from 5 up to 14 years old.

I started playing soccer at age 6 in Poland for the best academy Wisla Krakow. I moved to the USA at the age of 18 where I went to sheepshead bay HS for one year then I transferred to Philadelphia Union where I played for U18 academy. I played at Monroe College for 2 years then I went to St Johns University where I graduated in 2018 with a bachelor 's degree in Sports Management. I am in my Second-year as an assistant coach For Monroe College Men's Team NJCAA DI.
My name is Jimmy Barrios. I am 25 years old . I am from Guatemala and now live in Westchester, NY . I graduated from Mamaroneck High School where I then played and studied for 2 years at Herkimer CC. I won 2 national championships receiving various awards. I then transferred over to D1 St. Bonaventure University where I received my BA in Psychology. Upon graduating I moved to Guatemala , Australia, Gibraltar and Spain to both play professionally/ semi professionally as well as to coach. Over the 2 and half years I moved country to country well as coming back to play for professional team Philadelphia fury as well as hosting and coaching athletes at all levels. As my journey goes on, I continue to grow as a player and coach . My name is Michael Nastu and I am 22 years old. I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. I grew up in Manhattan and played for a travel team called Kosmos FC in Astoria. I then moved to Monroe and started playing for Ramapo Valley Soccer Club up until the U17 level. While playing for Ramapo we were U16 NY State Cup Finalists and U17 Semi-Finalists. I then played for Metropolitan Oval Academy in the USSDA for the 2012-2013 season. I also played for the Monroe Woodbury High School Varsity soccer team, which I made and started for as a sophomore. I was part of the defense that was top 10 on ESPN’s high school rankings. I was also named to the All-Section IX First Team, NY All-State Team and Team MVP my senior year.
Collegiately I played for Stony Brook University which is an NCAA Division I program. After two years I transferred to Dominican College which is an NCAA Division II program. I was the starting right back and captain. During the summers I have been playing with semi-professional side New York Athletic Club in the NPSL.
This past winter I was invited on trials in Romania, an Eastern European country. I trialed with four clubs from January to March. I am currently playing for Doxa SC in the 1st Division of the Cosmopolitan Soccer League with Coach Nick.
Graham Fortunato is currently the Head Girl’s Varsity Coach at Our Lady of Lourdes HS. He most recently won 2018 League Coach of the Year and led the Lady Warriors to their first league title in 10 years.
He is a USSF certified Coach who is staffed with the Olympic Development Program. In addition to that, he trains local soccer teams in the Lagrange, Poughkeepsie, and Hyde Park Soccer club.
He was a 4 year starter at Pearl River High School. He went on to play for the Newtown Pride FC, a team that has qualified for the Lamar Hunt US Open Soccer Cup for the past 4 years, consecutively.
Pano Manaris spent his youth career with FC NY United and was a 4 year Varsity player at Bayside High School. Prior to college, he coached two youth girls teams. Pano spent Summer 2018 training multiple players for vonEgypt Soccer Academy and is experienced in all age groups. Pano holds his USSF F Coaching license and is interested in climbing the coaching ranks! Pano resides in White Stone, Queens and is available to train in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Long Island.
Dylan Williams has been surrounded by the game his entire life. Growing up in Monroe, Dylan spent his time playing for ODP, Soccer Plus Academy, as well as Ramapo Soccer Club. In High School, Dylan was a standout midfielder at Monroe-Woodbury High School. Being named All-Section twice and All-Region once as well as leading the school to a Top 10 place on ESPN's high school rankings. In college, Dylan attended SUNY Oneonta as a midfielder where he captained the Red Dragons and enjoyed a great career. There he received All-American honors both his junior and senior year, All-Conference honors three years and a Player of the Year nod. Dylan also helped lead Oneonta to two consecutive NCAA tournament Final Fours.
After university, Dylan decided to join semi-professional side Stockade FC, playing alongside Coach Nick in Kingston for their inaugural season. There he was selected to join an All-Northeast team in a combine in front of scouts and coaches. After Stockade, Dylan earned his first professional contract with Australian Division Two side: Launceston City FC. He was named to the Team of the Year and finished 6th in the Player of the Year voting.
In Australia, Dylan also enjoyed being an assistant and fitness coach for Launceston City FC's U-15 Academy team. He also was an assistant coach and trainer for 1on1 Player Development which is a company ran by current professional coach Benjamin Brookfield (Current NPL Australia Professional Coach and Former AC Milan and Newcastle Youth Coach).
